  • 1 box (3 oz) red gelatin (strawberry or cherry)
  • 1 box (3 oz) white gelatin (vanilla or coconut)
  • 1 box (3 oz) blue gelatin (blue raspberry)
  • 3 cups boiling water (1 cup per layer)
  • 1 cup whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the red gelatin in 1 cup boiling water until fully dissolved. Pour half an inch into clear cups and chill for about 2 hours until set.
  2. Mix the white gelatin with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved. Once the red layer is firm, pour half an inch of white mixture on top and chill for another hour.
  3. Repeat the process with the blue gelatin, pouring it over the set white layer and chilling for at least 2 hours.
  4. Before serving, top each cup with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
