- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp mole spice mix (cumin, chili powder, cinnamon)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Wash and chop the onion and garlic.
