  • 1 cup bell peppers (any color), diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
