  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  5. Combine: Drain pasta, reserving some cooking water. Mix pasta with shrimp mixture in the skillet, adding lemon juice and tossing well.
