Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk with sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Gradually mix in flour and salt until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise for about an hour until doubled in size.
  5. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, orange zest, and cranberries in a separate bowl to create the filling.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread melted butter over it, sprinkle the filling mixture evenly, then roll tightly into a log.
  7. Cut the log into rolls (about 1–2 inches thick) and place them cut-side up in a greased baking dish.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes before baking for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with orange juice until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
