  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and peppermint extract until soft peaks form; unroll the cake, spread filling evenly, then re-roll.
