  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Roll mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear meatballs until browned on all sides (about 5 minutes).
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add chicken broth while stirring until thickened.
  5. Add seared meatballs to the gravy and simmer for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
