Ingredients

  • Mint Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Chocolate Cookie Crust
  • Whipped Topping
  • Crushed Mint Candies
  • Green Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into a pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes; allow to cool.
  2. Soften 3 cups of mint chocolate ice cream at room temperature for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in green food coloring and half of the crushed mint candies; fold gently to combine.
