- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sesame oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts for about 6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool, then slice thinly.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, peanut butter, and remaining sesame oil until smooth. If needed, add warm water for desired consistency.
