  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced

Instructions

  5. Add cooked rice to the pan, breaking up clumps. Mix well.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the rice mixture; stir to combine.
  7. Create space in the pan and scramble eggs on one side until set, then fold them into the rice.
  8. Finally, stir in chopped green onions before serving.
