Ingredients
- 8 oz chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare chow mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with a little vegetable oil.
