  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 large keto tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add sliced steak to the skillet; season with salt and pepper. Cook until just browned.
