- 1 tsp chili powder
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onions in oil until translucent, then add minced garlic.
- Stir in the ground beef and season with cumin and chili powder; cook until browned.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
