Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled and deveined shrimp (fresh or frozen)
- 8 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 1 medium cucumber, julienned

- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
