  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch mixture, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  5. Toss in broccoli and carrots; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
