  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
