  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • Optional: chocolate shavings for decoration

Instructions

  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. Unroll the cake, spread half of the cream across the surface, then re-roll.
