- 150g all-purpose flour

- 3 large eggs
- 100ml whole milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a skillet, cook the lardons over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chunks of Camembert with warm milk and stir until smooth.
- In another bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
- Beat the eggs into the melted cheese mixture one at a time. Gradually mix in the flour until just combined.
- Fold in crispy lardons and thyme if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
