Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes using a heavy object to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the pressed tofu into cubes and marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, garlic, and honey for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
