  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into 1/8 inch rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish. Spread half of the cheese mixture on top. Repeat layering.
