  • 1 lb large fresh shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion (diced)

  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
