Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken is a rich and satisfying dish featuring tender chicken breasts enveloped in a luscious garlic cream sauce. Perfect for any weeknight dinner or special gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with sauce, alongside rice or bread.
