- 8 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, scraping up any bits from the pan. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked through.
- Serve hot, drizzled with sauce, alongside rice or bread.
