This easy-to-make dish elevates any weeknight dinner into a delightful experience, ideal for family gatherings or simply indulging yourself. Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. 2. Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through (6-8 minutes per side). Set aside and slice.
  3. 3. Sauté the Broccoli: In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes until bright green.
  4. 4. Make the Alfredo Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer while scraping the pan for flavor bits. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Combine Everything: Add drained pasta and sliced chicken back into the skillet. If needed, add reserved pasta water for desired creaminess. Toss well to coat.
  6. 6. Serve: Plate your Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and garnish with extra parmesan if desired.
