- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli and sauté for 3-4 minutes until bright green.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom. Layer lasagna noodles over it, followed by half of the chicken and broccoli mixture, more sauce, then half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering until all ingredients are used up, ending with noodles topped with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for another 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
