  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated asiago cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Season chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  6. Sprinkle remaining asiago cheese on top and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes until melted and golden.
