Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8–10 minutes until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Add asparagus and garlic to the skillet; sauté until bright green and tender-crisp (3–4 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan until smooth.
- Remove skillet from heat; add cooked pasta and toss with the egg mixture quickly. Use reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
- Season with black pepper and salt if needed. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan.
