- Optional: 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink.
- Add onions and bell peppers; sauté until onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
