- 4 large artisan bread bowls (sourdough recommended)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk)

- 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli into small florets. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent (about 3–4 minutes).
