Description

Experience a burst of flavor with these smoky and sweet Chipotle Honey Salmon Tacos topped with zesty pineapple salsa. Perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup ripe pineapple, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix chipotle peppers, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C). Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it flakes easily.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine diced pineapple, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa.
  5. Flake grilled salmon into bite-sized pieces and serve in warmed tortillas topped with pineapple salsa.
