- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned (approximately 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in diced bell peppers, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until peppers are slightly softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add rinsed rice and chicken broth; stir to combine. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat; sprinkle cheese on top, cover again for 2-3 minutes until melted.
