Description

  • 20 Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh)
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottoms of mini pie tins or muffin pans. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  4. Fill cooled crusts with the cream mixture and smooth the top.
  5. Decorate each mini pie with fresh blueberries and sliced strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
