- 3–4 tbsp water or aquafaba for desired consistency
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare by draining and rinsing the chickpeas.
- In a blender or food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin (if using), salt, and olive oil.
- Blend on high speed until smooth. Add water or aquafaba gradually to reach your preferred consistency.
